Smell is an extremely important sense that is closely tied to your memories and emotions. When you smell something, it passes through your olfactory bulb, which runs from your nose along the bottom of your brain, connecting it to your hippocampus and amygdala – the areas of the brain responsible for emotional responses and memories.

I’ve been obsessed with essential oils as healing agents, they are a significant part of my daily wellbeing arsenal. I use them upon waking, transitioning to work, and upon sleeping.

When essential oils are inhale or absorbed through the bloodstream, molecules are carried to the brain where they are processed. The brain is signaled to release chemicals into the body that control physical and emotional functions.

For example – the well known lavender oil work with the serotonin receptor to stimulate soothing and calming effects.

If you’d like to integrate the benefits of doTerra oils in your home, wellness office, or business I highly recommend starting with these popular bundles and oils from doTerra.

Use this link to purchase your doTERRA Oils as a Wholesale Customer, receiving wholesale pricing and the option to build a business in the future if you wish.

There are so many choices of oils, here are a few I recommend:

Emotional Wellbeing Kit

Beginner’s Kit

Healthy Starter Kit

If you need a diffuser I recommend using the Arvidson diffuser with the oils which comes in two sizes – small & large. It is perfect for releasing the molecules without too much disturbance.
